After being married to fashion mogul Rupali Barua on Thursday, seasoned actor Ashish Vidyarthi uploaded a video on social media updating his fans and followers on his personal life. He discussed his ex-wife Piloo Vidyarthi and disclosed how he met his wife Rupali.
Each of our life is unique, he continued. Each of us has unique difficulties and has a unique history, education, and style of thinking. We all have various occupations. We come from all socioeconomic classes, nations, faiths, and philosophical backgrounds, but one thing that unites us all is our desire for happiness.
The actor continued by talking about his ex-wife Piloo Vidyarthi, their marriage, and how they ultimately decided to split ways peacefully after realising they had different priorities in life.
“Piloo and I first met 22 years ago, and then we were married. Well, that was truly incredible. We had Arth, who is now 22 years old and employed. However, Piloo and I have just come to realise that our perspectives on the future after this wonderful inning we played together diverge slightly from one another. We came to the realisation that while conflicts might be resolved, doing so would result in one of us placing demands on the other, which would be unsatisfying. And we all want to be happy, right? We came to the conclusion that if we couldn’t walk together peacefully, then let’s walk apart amicably, and we parted ways with grace” he continued.
Then Ashish said, “I know that I want to get married again and share my life with someone.” Additionally, he revealed that, contrary to what was said in all of the publications about his marriage, his wife Rupali is 50 and he is 57, not 60.
“I had a firm belief that I want to get married because I want to travel with somebody. So, I literally get the word out in the universe. I was at that point 55 and I said I want somebody to get married to. And that’s how I met Rupali Barua. We got chatting, we met a year back and then we discovered something interesting about one another and we thought we could be walking together as husband and wife and therefore, Rupali and I got married. She is 50 and I am 57, not 60, but age doesn’t matter my friend. Each one of us can be happy, whatever the age. “Let’s keep moving. Let’s respect how people are living their lives, each differently, but with the sole intention of fulfilling responsibilities and being happy”, he said.
On Thursday, Ashish Vidyarthi and Rupali were united in marriage in a private ceremony at a club in Kolkata.
