Today, November 23, the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) of the Government of Assam announced the NEET merit list 2021 for MBBS/BDS programmes. On the official website, dme.assam.gov.in, candidates can view the Assam NEET UG merit list PDF. The Assam NEET UG rank list is based on the candidates’ performance in the National Eligibility Cumulation Entrance Test (NEET 2021). Candidates who fulfil Assam’s NEET UG 2021 cut-off will be able to apply for NEET 2021 counselling, which will be held for admission under the state quota of 85 percent. Candidates will be admitted to a variety of medical schools within the state for the academic year 2021-22.

Counseling for the 15% All India Quota is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) (AIQ). However, the dates for NEET counselling in 2021 are yet to be announced. MCC is anticipated to commence NEET 2021 counselling on mcc.nic.in in the near future. Candidates must first register for MCC NEET counselling 2021 before being able to select a college and course through the MCC admission portal.
