The board stated in the letter that associated schools will be the first to get password emails from the board. At 10.45 a.m., CBSE will send the operating code to the schools. The board also stated that superintendents should guarantee that all pupils who are scheduled to take the exam arrive by 10:45 a.m., which is the last admittance time. The board has issued instructions that pupils who arrive late for an examination be carefully searched. Schools should make sure that the question papers are printed within the specified time frame and make the necessary arrangements. Students should be granted additional time equal to the period provided in the event of a delay in the start of the examination.

From December 16, 2021, the practise of evaluating question papers in examination centres on the same day will be discontinued. The Center Superintendent and Observer will sign the sealed parcel and note the packing time. As part of the procedure, a remittance receipt will be posted. The centre superintendent will be in charge of ensuring that the examination runs smoothly and fairly. If detected playing with the safety and security of examinations, cancellation of affiliation of CBSE superintendent and school and action can be taken as per the bye-laws of the board examination.
