Headed by PM Narendra Modi, BJP’s national executive committee meeting concludes

On Sunday evening, the Bharatiya Janata Party concluded its meeting, which was attended by 320 people. PM Narendra Modi and party president JP Nadda opened the gathering, which was held at the NDMC Convention Centre in Delhi.

The BJP’s national executive meeting issued a political resolution today ahead of the 2022 Assembly elections. According to sources, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath proposed the motion at the meeting.

Tamil Nadu BJP chief K Annamalai seconded the resolution.

Six leaders namely G Kishan Reddy, Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh, Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also spoke on the political resolution.

Senior party leaders lauded the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the meeting for achieving a major milestone of administering more than 100 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses in the country.

JP Nadda, the leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party, praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for making the “brave decision” to put the country under lockdown in the face of the COVID-19 outbreak and dealing with the resulting economic hardships.

Nadda remarked in his inaugural statement to the first national executive committee following the emergence of the Covid epidemic, “PM Modi made the decision to impose the lockdown, and within three months, all essential amenities were made available to people across the country. The three Ts of the Covid-fighting strategy are Track, Test, and Treat.” The Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the party leaders who were present at the NDMC Convention Center.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, on the other hand, praised the Centre’s efforts to mitigate the bad effects of the COVID-19 outbreak and underlined the party’s commitment to seeking justice for the victims of West Bengal’s political violence.
