On Saturday, local police in Kurla reported that a 20-year-old girl had been raped and murdered. The body of the victim was discovered on the twelfth floor of a vacant building within the HDIL complex.
“According to the initial medical assessment, the girl was sexually molested. As a result, a complaint has been filed under the Indian Penal Code’s Sections 376 (rape) and 302 (murder)” According to police officials. According to the police, an 18-year-old teenager was making a video in the building with two of his friends when they discovered the body. The boy immediately dialled 911 and alerted the authorities of the body.
“The body was taken into custody by the Vinoba Bhave Nagar Police Station and is being transported for a post-mortem examination. The young lady had suffered terrible head injuries. Her remains has begun to decompose as well “a police official stated. DCP (Zone-V) Pranaya Ashok said, “We have constituted special squads for several police stations to investigate into every element of the incident and capture the accused.”
