(NYSE: PLYM) (the “Company”) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2023. The dividend, which equates to an annualized rate of $0.90 per common share, is payable on October 31, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 29, 2023.
