Sameer Wankhede’s sister filed a criminal complaint against Malik, several allegations including defamation

Yasmin Wankhede, sister of Narcotics Control Bureau regional head Sameer Wankhede, has accused Maharashtra minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Nawab Malik of being “baseless and slanderous.” To raise the charges, he filed a criminal defamation and stalking case on Saturday.

Action was initiated against Malik under IPC sections 354D (pursuing), 499 (defamation), and 509 (word, gesture with intent to degrade the modesty of a woman) in a criminal complaint submitted before the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate’s court.

Malik made false allegations against Yasmin

Yasmin Wankhede claims in her case that Malik has made defamatory and despicable unsubstantiated allegations against her, knowing full well that the allegation is “completely false.” According to the complaint, the accused began spreading false, defamatory, and unsubstantiated charges against the complainant and his family out of personal “malice and vendetta” against the complainant’s brother.

What were the allegations against Sameer Wankhede

Let us notify you that Sameer Wankhede has launched a front against Nawab Malik. Malik levelled a number of serious charges against Wankhede. In reality, the NCB arrested Nawab Malik’s son-in-law Sameer Khan during the drugs inquiry that began in Bollywood following the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput last year. This was first brought up by Malik.
