Kolkata is the next city Sara Ali Khan will visit in her “namaste darshako” series. The actress wowed her admirers in the city with her Bengali speaking abilities when she was busy promoting her next movie Zara Hatke Zara Bachke with co-star Vicky Kaushal. She also gave them a brand-new and, of course, original shayari that completely enthralled the audience. Sara Ali Khan released a video of herself on Saturday promoting the most recent song from the movie, Baby Tujhe Paap Lagega. She begins the clip by addressing her followers in Bengali: “Namashkar bandhuraj. I am in Kolkata, Jaisa kia ap dekh sakte hai (I am in Kolkata).” She poses in front of the imposing Victoria Memorial and looks stunning in a classic nude-shade dress.
The actress is subsequently greeted warmly inside an auditorium, where she once more demonstrates her Bengali proficiency:“Namashkar Kolkata. Ami tomake bhalobasi (I love you).” “Abhi main agyi hu Kolkata, Vicky (Kaushal) ka nahi hai ata pata (I am here now in Kolkata, Vicky can be found nowhere). Usse kar dia hai maine bohot sata, isiliye aake aap sab log mujhe pata (I have tortured him a lot, that’s why you all should try to woo me).” Then, with her song playing in the background on the huge screen, Sara dances with the birds.
In case you were unaware, Vicky Kaushal is now preparing to host IIFA 2023 on the Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
“Somya and Kapil lagayenge poore Bharat mein chaap,” Sara Ali Khan said in a post sharing another page from her promotional diary. Usse lagega paap jo nahi sunega hamara gaana. Enjoy the music of Himesh Reshammiya Ji. Let’s dance main aur aap after that. #BabyTujhePaapLagega.”
