In the Rohini district court case, a scientist turned out to be a master mind. Police has arrested the accused scientist from Delhi. According to the police, the arrested scientist had placed the bomb in Rohini court number 102. According to sources, the accused was having a dispute with a lawyer, the bomb was placed only to harm the lawyer. According to the information, he had come wearing black clothes on the day of the incident so that he too looked like lawyers. The police have also recovered the clothes of the accused.

According to the sources, the accused lives in Ashok Vihar. The lawyer lives on the floor below it. There was a fight going on between the two. The lawyer had filed a case against him. Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana said that the Northern Range of the Special Cell started investigation. Other units of the Special Cell were also involved in the investigation. This matter was also serious because some time back there had been an incident of firing in the Rohini court. CCTV installed outside the court and the surrounding footage were scanned. About 1000 hours of footage were scanned. Then the dump data was analyzed. On that day, all the cases which were engaged for hearing in the court, detailed verification was done about them.
