Three new capabilities have been added to Microsoft Teams Essentials to help small organisations operate better.
The majority of us have acclimated to hybrid work, and while it is here to stay, it does present issues, particularly for small firms that require customised solutions to succeed in a dynamic work environment. SMBs benefit from productivity tools and features, particularly those geared at cooperation and enhanced communication. Three new capabilities have been added to Microsoft Teams Essentials (a standalone Microsoft Teams solution) to help SMBs achieve more.
Mobile meeting scheduling
Mobile functionality is essential for remaining on top of one’s demanding schedule while on the go. Teams users may now book meetings on their phones from the calendar or even the chat window, thanks to the latest upgrade.
Talk to anyone
It is vital to communicate with consumers, partners, and vendors when running a business. Teams has made it even easier by allowing users to chat with people outside their company. Users can communicate with persons outside their organisation by inputting their email address or phone number and establishing a 1:1 or group chat without having to switch tenants. Users can not only interact more effectively with external partners, but they can do it in a secure environment with multiple controls.
Integration with Google Calendar
The Google calendar integration helps you manage your time by providing a one-stop shop for organising your schedules and meetings. The Google Calendar connection will replace the existing Teams calendar, although users can switch back at any moment.
