The domestic stock market had a sluggish start today and due to weak global cues, the stock market has started at a flat level. With the opening of the market, the Sensex was seen trading at 60,005.01 with a fall of 3.32 points, or 0.01 percent, at 9:15 am. On the other hand, if we talk about NSE’s Nifty, it was seen trading at 17910.05 with a gain of 11.40 points or 0.06 percent.
How was the market move in the pre-opening
Today, if we look at the speed of the stock market in pre-opening, the BSE Sensex was trading at 59,947.13 with a fall of 61.20 or 0.10 percent and thus it slipped below the critical level of 60,000 in the beginning itself. On the other hand, if we talk about NSE’s Nifty, it had lost 100 points in the pre-opening session itself. Nifty was seen in the pre-opening session with a fall of 100.55 points or 0.56 percent.
