Instagram launched this functionality in September. This feature will be available first to users in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and then to all users in the coming months.

This functionality can be enabled or disabled in “Settings.” The user can choose whether they wish to close the platform after 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes of use. They will see a full-screen alert asking them to close the app as a result of this. It will advise you to take a deep breath, write something down, go over your to-do list, or listen to music. Instagram also launched new advertising a few months ago to raise awareness about the platform’s safety features.
